About

For as long as I can remember, if I stood in the same spot for too long, I wanted to stand somewhere else. I’m not talking about geography per se.

I started a software company without knowing anything about technology because I was bored with my previous occupation.  I decided to restore a ruined stone house on an island off the coast of Sicily because London was too rainy.  After going to the Base Camp of Mount Everest in April 2017, I went back to the Khumbu Valley six months later to attempt the summit of another mountain called Ama Dablam.

One thing leads to another for me. Always has. This a compilation of some of these adventures.
